Why do some of us spend the whole winter actively and others do not get out of the cold? The whole thing in immunity is the ability of the body to resist infections. Doctors say that the body’s protective forces depend primarily on genetic predisposition and lifestyle, but from the acceptance of various medications and drugs that strengthen immunity – only partially. But it is possible to increase the protective forces of the body with the help of simple recommendations and accessible means. Is it possible to heat up in winter?

It’s enough to eat no more than 2 teaspoons of honey a day, just do not put it in hot tea, so valuable substances in it are destroyed. Winter drinks are not only tea with honey and lemon. Different phytocosmetics and phytochea containing mint, melissa and other herbs will help to relax and calm down. And tea from dried fruits of hips, cranberries, cowberries, sea buckthorns and other berries is a real vitamin “bomb”.
Specific formation of immunity
By the period of mass morbidity of ARVI and influenza, physicians are also advised to make vaccinations against influenza. Vaccination helps to avoid the disease, and in the case of infection – to transfer the disease in a mild form. The vaccine against influenza in Ukraine is not mandatory, so everyone decides whether to vaccinate himself or not. Doctors recommend that vaccinations against influenza be made by those at risk – young children (6 months of injecting), elderly people, people with chronic illnesses, and those who are often forced to come in contact with large groups of people (physicians, teachers, schoolchildren and students, service workers, etc.).
